I’ll be honest — I used to hate that word. But over time, I’ve learned to see it differently: not as self-promotion, but as my service to the world.

Because the truth is, whether you’re conscious of it or not, you already have a personal brand.

You’re already a role model. Every time you step forward, you show other women what’s possible. And every time you hold back, you confirm their fears.

In this episode (Part 1), I’m sharing:

• Why personal branding isn’t about being fake — it’s about clarity, service, and authenticity

• The story of how I went from being the “best kept secret” to creating impact by sharing my work

• 2-step process to discover your service to the world: Who am I? (your story, values, and vision) / What do I offer? (your strengths, skills, and achievements)

• What moments in my life shaped who I am today?

• What values guide my decisions at work and in life?

• What do I want to experience and contribute in the next chapter of my career?

• What are the strengths and skills people consistently recognize in me?

• What achievements am I most proud of?
