I'm Isabel, founder of NextFem Leaders, PCC-certified Executive & Leadership Coach (Professional Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation) for ambitious and conscious women in corporate.

Compassionate yet extremely honest, intuitive yet strategic, I go beneath the surface because that's where real change happens.

I work at the intersection of strategic leadership and deep inner work, combining strategy, mindset and conscious leadership practices so women, and the organisations they lead, grow into something authentic, impactful and built to last.
