As an ICF-certified Professional Coach with over a decade of experience in finance across three countries, I’m passionate about supporting high-achieving women like you to advance your careers with confidence and authenticity.

This means supporting you in discovering and embracing who you are—not leading from what they should do or following a leadership style created by men, but creating bridges to a new system and becoming healthier role models for what a female leader can be. What’s included in this program?

  • Over the next six months, we’ll work closely together to achieve your career and leadership goals. You’ll have my full support every step of the way, including tailored coaching sessions to address your unique needs and challenges. I’ll provide you with a range of resources—tools, strategies, and insights—to help you advance. This collaborative effort is all about equipping you with what you need to succeed and making meaningful progress toward your goals.

  • We will start your journey with a comprehensive career strategy session to outline your goals, assess your current situation, and develop a roadmap for success.

  • 9 Individual Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each): Focused on building your confidence, developing your leadership skills, and implementing your career strategy. Sessions can be in person in Amsterdam or online (through video-call).

  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Session (2 months after program completion): Review your progress, address any new challenges, and adjust your action plan as needed.

  • Email and WhatsApp Support: Ongoing support throughout the program to address your questions, provide guidance, and keep you motivated.

  • Action Steps and Reflections: Assignments designed to integrate session insights and encourage practical application in your daily life

  • Absolutely. We’ll focus on self-advocacy, communication, and mindset tools to help you confidently negotiate salary, raise your visibility, or position yourself for promotion.

  • You’ll have the option to book follow-up sessions or extend coaching if needed. You’ll also continue to receive email and WhatsApp support until you reach your defined career outcome.

  • Yes - I provide formal invoices that include all required details to support reimbursement through your employer’s personal development budget or training fund.

  • After the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether coaching is the right next step for you. If it feels like a fit, we’ll talk about what working together could look like. And if not, that’s completely okay - the session is simply a space for reflection, clarity, and connection.
