Navigating the corporate world as a woman comes with unique challenges, often requiring balance between authenticity and workplace norms. This event series is exclusively designed for women working in corporate environments — including those in corporations, NGOs, and other structured professional settings — to connect, build meaningful relationships, and advance their leadership skills.
The story behind these Circles
When I moved to a new country and began my transition into entrepreneurship, I knew I needed to build a network. But every traditional networking event I attended felt empty — 30-second intros, surface-level conversations, and no meaningful follow-up. As an introvert, I left more drained than inspired.
So I chose a different path. I started building my network one coffee and one deep conversation at a time.
A year later, through my work facilitating women's circles, I found myself surrounded by conscious, ambitious women. I kept playing matchmaker — introducing one woman to another — and watched as career relationships and job opportunities started to form naturally. I realised something powerful was happening.
We didn't just need more networking — we needed a space for intentional connection and career growth rooted in authenticity.
Many of the women I met were navigating demanding corporate roles, and I saw how much they craved room to explore what conscious leadership could look like within their organisations.
That's why I created Women in Corporate Circles — a space to bring it all together: meaningful networking, deep personal growth, and practical tools for thriving as a woman in today's corporate world.

I've never attended a Networking event before Women in Corporate but the one organised by Isabel was actually very cosy and intimate, even for those less extroverts who might not have their best day, it was definitely enjoyed and worth the experience.
