As an ICF-certified Professional Coach with over a decade of experience in finance across three countries, I’m passionate about supporting high-achieving women like you to advance your careers with confidence and authenticity.

What’s included in this program?

  • Over the next six months, we’ll work closely together to achieve your career and leadership goals. You’ll have my full support every step of the way, including tailored coaching sessions to address your unique needs and challenges. I’ll provide you with a range of resources—tools, strategies, and insights—to help you advance. This collaborative effort is all about equipping you with what you need to succeed and making meaningful progress toward your goals.

  • We will start your journey with a comprehensive career strategy session to outline your goals, assess your current situation, and develop a roadmap for success.

  • 9 Individual Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each): Focused on building your confidence, developing your leadership skills, and implementing your career strategy. Sessions can be in person in Amsterdam or online (through video-call).

  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Session (2 months after program completion): Review your progress, address any new challenges, and adjust your action plan as needed.

  • Email and WhatsApp Support: Ongoing support throughout the program to address your questions, provide guidance, and keep you motivated.

  • Resources and Exercises: A detailed workbook filled with resources, exercises, and tools to support your growth and development throughout the program

  • Action Steps and Reflections: Assignments designed to integrate session insights and encourage practical application in your daily life

The framework of this program is derived from my extensive experience coaching over 70 women individually and guiding more than 200 through group sessions. Additionally, the program integrates insights from recent research and interviews with women in corporate settings, ensuring it meets real-world needs and challenges. The strategies and methods used have been tested and refined through this extensive work, making the program well-equipped to deliver meaningful results for you.

  • Absolutely. I provide invoices for all coaching services, that you can use to claim reimbursement from your employer if applicable. The invoice will include all necessary details, making it easy for you to seek reimbursement or utilize available professional development funds. Just let me know your requirements, and I'll ensure you receive the appropriate documentation promptly. Your investment in coaching is an investment in your personal and professional growth, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

  • While I can’t offer guarantees as progress depends on your actions and external factors, I can share that the outcomes of previous clients have been impressive.
