#12 - Making yourself and your work visible

Welcome beautiful woman to Episode 12 of Nextfem Leaders!

This episode is very close to my heart — because I’m talking about visibility, something that has completely shifted my work, my career, and my life.

Two years ago, when I dared to be visible, I discovered work that was fully aligned with me. I found a tribe of colleagues, partners, and clients who shared the same values and goals.

Why? Because when I became visible, everything I was looking for found the way to me.

So today, honestly, I say my work is to keep challenging myself and keep being visible, and the universe’s job is to bring the opportunities and the people that are aligned.

In this episode, I’m sharing:

  • - Why visibility is the secret ingredient for impact and alignment

  • - How to face limiting beliefs like “good work speaks for itself” and “I don’t want to feel like I’m bragging”

  • - Two tools to start building your visibility muscle wherever you are in your career

This is for you if you’ve ever held back from sharing your achievements, felt like your work wasn’t special, or worried about being judged — and you’re ready to show up fully and authentically.
