Because the truth is, whether you’re conscious of it or not, you already have a personal brand.
You’re already a role model. Every time you step forward, you show other women what’s possible. And every time you hold back, you confirm their fears.

- What are the strengths and skills people consistently recognize in me?
- What achievements am I most proud of?
